Residential Land Development Cost Manager

We are seeking a talented professional to support the financial performance of residential land development projects through effective cost management and forecasting.
This key role is responsible for assisting in the preparation of project documents and reports to deadlines, co-ordinating supplier set-ups, and acting as a key point of contact for AP/AR and external suppliers.
The successful candidate will possess a degree in Engineering, Property Land Economics, Planning or a related property discipline, with proven experience at an ADM level preferably within the residential development sector.
Strong understanding of planning and regulations governing land development is essential, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, feasibility modelling skills (Estate Master preferable), and good commercial acumen and analytical capability.
