House & Land Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our House & Land sales division.

Reporting to a senior sales manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Western Sydney market.

  • Develop strategic house and land packages that meet customer needs and drive sales performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including land agents and developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

  • A proven track record of sales success in the new home or land sales sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the residential market and current trends.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
