Key Responsibilities

We seek an individual to conceptualise and deliver land subdivisions and residential developments that create great communities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualising and planning developments
  • Preparing project budgets and cost reports
  • Managing project teams, consultants and contractors
  • Developing sales and marketing strategies
  • Stakeholder relationship management
Requirements

Commercial acumen and understanding of Western Sydney property market is required. Additionally, technical knowledge and experience in land subdivision feasibilities are necessary. Tertiary qualifications in property or construction related discipline are also essential. Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills are required for this role.

This position offers the opportunity to develop quality Western Sydney communities and interesting work with a small and supportive team.
