Project Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leader to lead the planning, design and delivery of residential development projects within our portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from conception through to completion, managing schedules, scopes, risk and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project management processes, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government and community stakeholders.
  • Engage and coordinate consultants, contractors, builders and service authorities.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports covering financials and risk.

You should thrive in fast-paced environments and balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. You have a passion for creating connected communities and take pride in achieving tangible results.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven project management experience in residential or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across a wide range of stakeholders, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on outcomes.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in project management, property, construction or a related field (or equivalent experience).
