Key Responsibilities- Provide daily support to clients with disabilities, assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans, ensuring the unique needs and goals of each client are met.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of support plans and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
- Cert III in Disability or equivalent experience.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- First Aid/CPR certificates.
- Full and clean Australian driver's license.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathetic and proactive approach to working with individuals with disabilities.
- A competitive hourly rate of $31.46 - $41.50.
- A casual employment arrangement with a rotating roster.
