Data Center IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center IT Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Data Centre Operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our data center infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal service level agreements
- Diagnose and repair issues for server, storage, and network devices, including the physical replacement of parts
- Remediate or recover physical power issues on racks and participate in data center power and cooling events
- Work a shift schedule, including night shifts on a rotational basis
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting and racking equipment using our lifting equipment
- Travel between sites using your own vehicle
- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
