## KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Cloud Infrastructure Support Professional, you will be responsible for installing and configuring racks of hosts in line with internal SLAs, diagnosing and repairing issues for server, storage and network devices, and participating in Data Center power & cooling events.

## BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience

- 1+ years of computer networking experience

- High school or equivalent diploma

## PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
