Senior Business Expansion Specialist

At WOW Recruitment, we are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's network across the Sydney region. Your primary responsibility will be establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, driving client acquisition, and meeting business targets through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Create referral pathways and leads for the support team and the business.
- Conduct risk management assessments, manage complaints, and assist with audits and compliance.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and referral partners, highlighting services and outlining the key value propositions.
- Manage key accounts and oversee client intake processes.
- Ensure all business development activities comply with guidelines and quality standards.
- Meet business development KPIs, including revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion.
About You:
As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record in business development and a strong understanding of the NDIS framework, services, and funding structures. You will also possess excellent networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

- A competitive salary of $80 - 100k + Super + Commissions OTE $160k.
