Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at WOW Recruitment in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that requires a strong understanding of the NDIS framework, services, and funding structures.

About the Role

The successful candidate will drive business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new opportunities and partnerships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across the Sydney region
  • Driving client acquisition and meeting business targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Conducting risk management assessments, managing complaints, and assisting with audits and compliance
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients and referral partners
  • Managing key accounts and overseeing client intake processes
  • Ensuring all business development activities comply with guidelines and quality standards
  • Meeting business development KPIs, including revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A car and valid driver's license for frequent travel across the Sydney region
  • Networking experience, working with stakeholders at all levels
  • A strong understanding of the NDIS framework, services, and funding structures
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Able to network with caseworkers, correction officers, and housing professionals
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Salary Details

The salary for this role is estimated to be $80-$100k base salary + superannuation, with an OTE of up to $160k.
