Claims Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Management Specialist to join our team at DXC Technology Inc. in New South Wales. As a PIAWE Expert, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end process of Pre Injury Average Weekly earnings for injured workers in line with the Workers Injury Rehabilitation Compensation.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and providers, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide detailed explanations to clients on the calculation of PIAWE and the factors considered.
- Utilize strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues with high attention to detail.
- Liaise with claim stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation, advise on process, and communicate outcomes of reviews.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, industry codes, company policies, and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and previous experience in customer service and administration.
- Ability to plan and organize work effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Background in working within/understanding of legislative requirements and guidelines.
- Ability to interpret payroll data, EBA's, and contracts of service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to adapt to different situations and driven to achieve outcomes.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
