The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Reward Manager to join our People & Culture team in APAC. The successful candidate will support and drive the execution of all functional activities, acting as a key interface and promoter of the reward & benefits strategy and policy throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement reward policy and programmes, working closely with People & Culture Business Partners and key stakeholders across the firm.
  • Contribute to the development of the global reward strategy and ensure the design and delivery of all reward initiatives are fit for purpose.
  • Undertake strategic reward projects/interventions, working closely with the business and aligned to our strategy.
Requirements:
  • Experience working within professional services or a large global corporation.
  • Great analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex data to extract and draw insights and make recommendations.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to sometimes tight deadlines, and with a diverse set of stakeholders, whilst working autonomously.
  • Proven commercial experience in order to define reward solutions which are in line with organisational goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver impactful communication materials, and achieve clarity and understanding of reward with varied audiences.
  • Ability to manage global reward projects and/or programs within desired cost, time and quality parameters.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently while providing guidance and training to others.
  • Reward expertise to design, develop and approve reward policies and procedures, while making sure they match organisational strategies and objectives.
  • Comprehensive understanding and effective use of standard software packages (Microsoft Excel Intermediate to Advanced level) and systems, while also providing guidance and training to others.
  • Established expert on interpreting and applying knowledge of laws, regulations and policies in area of reward expertise.
