Human Resources Technical Specialist

**People Systems Expertise Wanted**
This position focuses on providing technical expertise to manage, oversee and support People Systems.
Our ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors functional/technical landscape, a strong understanding of business processes and experience troubleshooting technical issues.
The role involves supporting the end-to-end implementation process, including configuration, testing and deployment of SuccessFactors modules.
Key responsibilities include:
- Tier 3 escalation point for all People systems functional issues or queries.
- Key contact point for system integration with HR systems e.g. SailPoint Management, Okta, Page Up, Enable, ServiceNow, SCPI, S/4 SAP.
- Provide guidance and advice to process owners to develop their understanding of new features and functionality.
