Key Responsibilities
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-centric language.
Analyse complex initiatives and derive actionable insights.

Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules and integrate with middleware and APIs.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in enterprise HCM platforms.
Requirements
Strong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HR platforms, sound Middleware, and APIs.
Experience configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules and integrating with middleware and APIs.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Jira) and BAU support processes.
Skilled in validating data flows, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring data quality.
