Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HR platforms, sound Middleware, and APIs.
  • Experience configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules and integrating with middleware and APIs.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Jira) and BAU support processes.
  • Skilled in validating data flows, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring data quality.
