Supply Chain Development Program

The 24-month rotational graduate program is designed to cover Production, Lean, Quality, and Supply Chain aspects.

  • Lead and deliver projects to drive operational excellence and improve supply chain efficiency by implementing best practices and optimizing processes.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Production to analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Process Cycle Time, changeover times, labor management, deviations, and safety reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote a performance mindset through Lean events and recognition systems to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Work with the Lean Manager to implement cost reduction improvements aligned with industry standards.
  • Utilize data analysis and Power BI to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Act on non-conformance issues to ensure all goods meet quality and regulatory standards.
  • Gain exposure to various departments including Production, Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, Health Safety, and People & Culture to develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization.
Requirements

The company is seeking candidates who possess:

  • An undergraduate degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Materials, Pharmaceutical, or Biological Sciences completed by December 2025.
  • Work experience in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or FMCG is an asset.
  • A strategic thinker with a commercial outlook who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
