Continuous Improvement Position

This is an exciting opportunity to lead transformative initiatives, optimize operations and empower teams to achieve excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will develop and maintain productivity decks to identify cost reduction opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Train and support plant personnel in Manufacturing Operating Systems (MOS) and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ensure adherence to system and operational standards to achieve targeted results.
  • Lead the progression of business process improvements using key tools for driving process enhancements.
  • Create and maintain performance visuals and KPIs to monitor and enhance operational success.
  • Conduct waste analysis across all production lines to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Coordinate 5S initiatives plant-wide to improve workplace organization and safety.
  • Develop and manage team goals to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage and evaluate staff, including performance management, employee development and fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.

  • You have proven experience in manufacturing operations, including leading change management projects.
  • You possess strong multitasking, communication and organizational skills to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
  • You are a creative problem-solver with a focus on driving productivity and implementing innovative solutions.
  • You have a solid understanding of enterprise business principles and practices.
  • You are an excellent presenter, mentor and coach.
  • You are flexible and adaptable to changing work patterns, including overtime when required.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
  • You have Black Belt Certification or Green Belt Certification.
