Key Role: Operational Excellence Specialist

About the Position:
  • Verifying and articulating operational insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Developing data-driven solutions and reporting tools for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to document processes and workflows.
  • Managing performance metrics and facilitating workshops to understand operational needs.
  • Creating clear, actionable process documentation and diagrams.
  • Working closely with analysts to evaluate and improve operational processes.
Business Analysis and Process Improvement:
  • Supporting the monitoring and analysis of project outcomes.
  • Ensuring that system changes meet business requirements in collaboration with IT.
  • Identifying change impacts resulting from process improvements or system implementations.
Training and Support:
  • Providing training and ongoing support to drive adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented processes and solutions.
About You:
  • Degree qualified in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management tools is desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, +2 years.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and Power BI expertise.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
