Operational Excellence Specialist

As a strategic operations leader, you will oversee the efficient and effective operation of corporate functions and systems.
Main Responsibilities- Manage all corporate functions and systems including HR, IT, procurement, contract management, administration, facilities, and asset management.
- Monitor and support operations across multiple locations.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on corporate operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative obligations.
- Maintain and promote corporate policies, practices, and record-keeping.
- Develop and implement digital enhancement initiatives to support efficient service delivery and maintain cybersecurity measures.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in operational business management and corporate services functions.
- Highly organized, proactive, and a natural planner and problem solver with excellent risk management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build professional relationships.
- Proficient in using electronic information systems and experience with software is advantageous.
