Operational Support Specialist

The role of Operational Support Specialist is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to provide day-to-day operational assistance and support to a team in Queensland.

About the Role

As an Operational Support Specialist, you will work closely with your team to ensure exceptional service to customers who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia.

You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive friendly and the best possible service, building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders, and providing leadership and training to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers receive friendly and the best possible service.

  • Provide leadership and training to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all procedures and further enhance a strong WH&S culture.
  • Work closely alongside the team and manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and operational excellence. Previous experience in a customer-facing role and leading or mentoring a team is highly regarded.
