Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of driving process improvements, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and Manufacturing Operating Systems (MOS).
