Operational Excellence Specialist

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to join our Senior Leader Group. This role will drive continuous improvement across our national operations, focusing on increasing operational performance and efficiencies through data analytics and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review quarry sites to identify areas of inefficiency and opportunities for improvement in cost reduction, material processing, and waste reduction.
- Use data analysis to interpret optimization initiatives and develop strategies to improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Quarrying or mining industry experience with a strong understanding of quarry management and process improvement.
- Operational, commercial, and continuous improvement experience is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency in data visualization tools.
