The Opportunity:
As a client support specialist, you will have the chance to join a fast-paced and professional team, taking your career to the next level by supporting our valued clients. This is a permanent opportunity with a Monday to Friday schedule, with the option to work from home two days a week after a two-week in-office training period.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll effectively manage a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Resolve, manage, and escalate problems logged by our clients.
  • Accurately capture data and work towards realistic KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building relationships and rapport with clients, both internal and external.

What We're Looking For:

  • 12 months of experience working on a helpdesk or call centre – preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to attend two weeks of on-site paid training.

Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
