Client Support Specialist

The Opportunity:
As a client support specialist, you will have the chance to join a fast-paced and professional team, taking your career to the next level by supporting our valued clients. This is a permanent opportunity with a Monday to Friday schedule, with the option to work from home two days a week after a two-week in-office training period.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- You'll effectively manage a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls.
- Resolve, manage, and escalate problems logged by our clients.
- Accurately capture data and work towards realistic KPIs.
- Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building relationships and rapport with clients, both internal and external.
What We're Looking For:
- 12 months of experience working on a helpdesk or call centre – preferred.
- Exceptional customer service focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to attend two weeks of on-site paid training.
Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
