The role of a Property Manager is to deliver high-quality property management services to clients. They must maintain an efficient, professional company profile at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage properties on a daily basis
  • Coordinate the preparation and execution of storage shed leases as needed
  • Conduct private inspections with prospective tenants to assess suitability
  • Liaise with rental providers, tenants, and contractors to ensure seamless operations
  • Process rental applications promptly and accurately to meet client needs
  • Prepare files for new tenancies in a timely manner
  • Complete condition reports before tenancy commences to establish a clear record
  • Negotiate, prepare, and execute lease renewals to maximize client satisfaction
  • Conduct final inspections and coordinate cleaning/repairs for re-letting, including bond releases to minimize downtime
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
