Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations across two offices in Warragul and Drouin.

About You

  • You should have 5+ years of experience in office management, preferably in real estate or property.
  • A strong background in HR generalist experience including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance is essential.
  • You will need to possess proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage teams.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities are required.
  • A high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software is preferred but not essential.
  • You must have emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across Warragul & Drouin offices.
  • Lead and support administration, sales, and property management teams.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, HR records, and staff support.
  • Maintain systems, compliance processes, and office resources.
  • Ensure listing, sales, and property files meet legislative requirements.
  • Partner with payroll on entitlements, leave, and wage compliance.
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, events, and sponsorships.
  • Drive training, professional development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure WHS compliance and organise safety training/protocols.
  • Assist the Director with confidential projects including acquisitions and business growth.
