What would be your duties and responsibilities?
- Manage properties daily.
- Lease and prepare storage shed leases/files as needed.
- Conduct private inspections with prospective tenants.
- Liaise with rental providers, tenants, and tradespeople.
- Conduct open for inspections midweek and on Saturdays.
- Process rental applications promptly and accurately.
- Prepare files for new tenancies.
- Complete condition reports before tenancy starts.
- Negotiate, prepare, and execute lease renewals.
- Conduct final inspections and coordinate cleaning/repairs for re-letting, including bond releases.
- Use Tapi for maintenance requests.
- Attend tribunal hearings as needed.
- Assist in the smooth operation of the rental department.
- Perform additional duties as required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; accurate word processing.
- Effective communication with people at all levels.
- Flexibility to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks.

- Good knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
