As a Senior Property Manager, you will provide quality property management services to all clients. You will be the backbone of our real estate agency, maintaining an efficient, conscious, cheerful, and responsive company profile at all times.

Your duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing properties daily.
- Leasing and preparing storage shed leases/files as needed.
- Conducting private inspections with prospective tenants.
- Liaising with rental providers, tenants, and tradespeople.
- Conducting open for inspections midweek and on Saturdays.
- Processing rental applications promptly and accurately.
- Preparing files for new tenancies.
- Completing condition reports before tenancy starts.
- Negotiating, preparing, and executing lease renewals.
- Conducting final inspections and coordinating cleaning/repairs for re-letting, including bond releases.
- Using Tapi for maintenance requests.
- Attending tribunal hearings as needed.
- Assisting in the smooth operation of the rental department.
- Performing additional duties as required.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- An excellent telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; accurate word processing.
- Effective communication with people at all levels.
- Flexibility to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.

- Excellent time management.
- Exceptional presentation and professionalism.

- Good knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
