About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our ProServe team as a Strategic Pursuit Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading customer opportunities from start to finish, partnering with ProServe leaders, and driving sales velocity through cross-functional pursuit teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer opportunities from start to finish, focusing on large, complex strategic deals
  • Partner with ProServe leaders, sales counterparts, and strategic customer engagement teams to define the right structure for execution of large complex deals
  • Work collaboratively with local ProServe sales leaders to build strategic alliances with senior customer leaders and co-develop pursuit strategy
  • Lead cross-functional pursuit teams and drive momentum on key deliverables to drive sales velocity
  • Establish mechanisms and frameworks for strategic pursuits that are repeatable and enable ProServe leaders to build a pipeline of large deals
