Strategic Pursuit Leader

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with the Global Pursuit Team, the wider Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners, and other key stakeholders to develop bids and proposals that showcase our firm\u2019s capabilities and expertise.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong technical capability in leading pursuits, including stakeholder engagement and project management skills. You will also need to be able to effectively manage and engage key stakeholders, as well as manage multiple opportunities simultaneously based on complexity.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and themes in a clear and concise manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop win strategies and manage end-to-end pursuits of strategic opportunities
* Collaborate with the Global Pursuit Team, Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners, and other key stakeholders to develop bids and proposals
* Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously based on complexity
* Effectively engage and manage key stakeholders
