We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Bid Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in driving business success through effective bid coordination.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering high-quality submissions. Your expertise will be instrumental in planning, managing, and producing new business submissions, capability documents, bid documents, and tender submissions.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be proficient in various software applications, including InDesign, Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft suite.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing submission processes from inception to delivery
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Interpreting client briefs and determining best content inclusion
  • Coordinating the production of bids, including printing, binding, and delivery
  • Assisting with marketing projects and strategies

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • At least 2-6 years of experience in a graphic design, bid coordination, marketing, or communications role
  • Technical and software skills, including InDesign (Advanced), Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft suite
