Job Opportunity

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to support high-quality submissions, tenders, and panel responses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bid preparation, technical content coordination, proposal writing, submission coordination, and post-tender follow-ups.
  • Internal stakeholder coordination for expression of interests, tender questionnaires, and required information gathering.
  • Submission database management, marketing materials coordination, including CVs, company profiles, and project updates.
  • Pipeline and panel management.
  • New project opportunities monitoring, business growth, and development activities through marketing programs and events.
  • Independent work and collaboration with team members to deliver the company's values and brand.
  • Client and collaborator relationship management (CRM).
  • Contract administration, contract reviews, and deeds register maintenance.
  • System improvements and upgrades implementation in line with quality assurance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge within building services, architecture, or construction, experience with bid processes, familiarity with CRM databases, and excellent communication skills. A degree in Humanities/the Arts or Business is preferred. This role requires attention to detail, content creation and management skills, multitasking, flexibility, and willingness to undertake professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Industry knowledge: building services, architecture, or construction.
  • Bid process experience.
  • CRM database familiarity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
