This part-time role involves providing efficient and customer-focused check-in and boarding services at Sydney Airport.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing assistance to passengers during the check-in and boarding process
  • Assisting with the safe and timely receipt and dispatch of aircraft
  • Conducting passenger marshalling on the tarmac and managing queues in the terminal
  • Completing pre-flight and post-flight operational duties, including updating flight information and ticket sales
  • Developing and maintaining skills in Sabre Departure Control System (DCS)

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be task-driven and focused, and have the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Additionally, they will be flexible to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

A willingness to learn and develop new skills is also essential for this role.

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure their success in this role.
