Experienced Insurance Account Handler

Barker Munro Recruitment, a leading specialist in insurance recruitment, is seeking a dedicated and professional Senior Insurance Account Handler to join a well-respected broking firm that is currently experiencing growth and transformation within their Corporate commercial division.
In the role of Senior Insurance Account Handler, you will deliver proactive, high-level technical and broking assistance to clients, ensuring they receive the most suitable advice regarding their insurance needs. You will typically manage premium ranges from £500 to £50,000, with a focus on clients who generally fall within the higher premium spending category. Your responsibilities will encompass all lines of General Corporate Business, from Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) to Global Corporate risks, covering various commercial non-marine classes such as Property, Employers' Liability/Public Liability (EL/PL), Errors & Omissions (E&O), and Professional Indemnity (PI).
Moreover, you will serve as a key referral point for team members facing technical challenges or inquiries, as well as managing complex renewals and larger accounts.

Typically, you will be required to be in the office a minimum of two days per week, usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays. During the initial probation period, a minimum of three days in the office will be necessary.
