About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Advisor to join our team at Suncorp Group.

As a Technical Service Advisor, you will provide support to the Claims Team and Claims Performance Manager in regard to complaints management, completion of Quality Assurance audits, technical referrals, COP monitoring and reporting, validation of COP breaches & reporting in IRIIS, identification and facilitation of coaching/training opportunities, end of month reporting as delegated, pro-actively identifying process improvement opportunities, payment approvals, and achieving strategic business goals.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Understands how to contribute to team, business and group priorities and drives priorities with a sense of purpose.
  • Collaborates across and within teams and build strong relationships with customers to match the right solution to each customer's needs – placing the customer at the heart of decisions.
