Seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our team as an Administration Assistant. This is a casual part-time position with the opportunity to scale up to permanent full-time.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating repairs and assessments, supporting field teams, and liaising with insurers and industry partners. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling vehicle repairs and damage assessments
- Handling inquiries via phone and email, supporting customers through the repair process
- Assisting field teams and technicians
- Liaising with insurers and industry partners
- Helping team leaders with day-to-day admin
What You'll Need To Succeed:
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- A positive attitude and willingness to self-motivate
- Friendly, professional, and confident when dealing with people
- Ability and willingness to travel - essential
- Computer literacy
