As a key member of our team, this role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. You will be tasked with coordinating schedules and calendars, managing emails, calls, and other general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Organise and manage complex schedules and calendars to ensure seamless coordination and timely communication
- Provide proactive administrative support to the team, including email management and data entry to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Canva to effectively communicate and present information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- A full-time position that offers a safe and secure working environment
- The opportunity to work Monday to Friday with a regular schedule
