About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to join our Private Business and Family Advisory (PBFA) division as a Corporate Secretary. The successful candidate will work closely with our Corporate Secretarial team, supporting them with corporate secretarial tasks, document preparations, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Corporate Secretarial Team with tasks such as document preparation, correspondence, and timesheets.
  • Creating new corporate entities in the corporate database and practice management system.
  • Maintaining the corporate database and ensuring all ASIC reporting deadlines are met.
  • Liaising with colleagues and clients to meet ASIC reporting deadlines.
  • Supporting the Corporate Secretarial Team with ASIC mail and lodgements.
  • Performing other tasks as required by the team.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage high volume workflow.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff of all levels.
  • Demonstrated honesty and integrity when managing client information.
  • Team oriented with an ability to foster effective working relationships within the team.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and experience with CAS360 and ACIS is advantageous.
