We are looking for a motivated and organized Corporate Affairs Administrator to join our Australian team. As a key member of our secretarial team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assistance to the Corporate Affairs Manager and clients to ensure they are meeting their ASIC obligations and requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Secretarial Support: Assist with the incorporation of new companies, trust establishments, and maintenance of ASIC debtors.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare client documents, letters, and respond to requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • ASIC Compliance: Assist with corporate secretarial duties, including annual reviews, ASIC forms, lodgements, and communication with ASIC.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to reception, answer incoming phone calls, take messages, answer queries, welcome guests, and maintain meeting rooms.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience within a professional services firm (preferably in the public practice environment).
  • ASIC Knowledge: Preferable ASIC experience and knowledge.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: High level of organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with ability to time manage and prioritize tasks.
