We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Kelsian Group Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling charter work, coordinating day-to-day operations of drivers and vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate charter movements, route planning, and driver availability to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor daily charter allocations and vehicle movements to identify potential service failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve operational shortfalls caused by delays, incidents, or breakdowns.
  • Roster drivers according to competency and availability to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Assist with the coordination of scheduled vehicle repair and maintenance based on asset availability and charter demand.
  • Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators and associated remedial actions.
  • Conduct retrospective service audits and historical data analysis to identify areas for improvement in the cost-effective delivery of high-level service.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of industry awards and operating financials.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
