Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in NSW. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a business development strategy to identify growth opportunities and value-added solutions for our clients.
- Identify and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to promote our construction solutions and services.
- Provide leadership and advice to the sales and project engineering teams to ensure successful execution of contracts and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales, scheduling, and ADDA personnel to execute overall marketing strategies for NSW.
- Sound understanding of the construction industry and experience in managing building and construction projects.
- Civil and/or Structural Engineering tertiary qualification or a tertiary qualification in Business Management with extensive experience in managing building and construction projects.
- Project Management qualification highly regarded.
- Exceptional commercial, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of the use of appropriate systems, software, tools, and technologies to design, detail, and model steel reinforcing solutions for complex projects.
