About the Role

Ausreo Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in NSW. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth across our construction solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a business development strategy to identify growth areas, value add solutions, and current market segments to identify new prospects in the reinforcing steel market.
  • Identify opportunities to drive a BIM strategy using various sources, including customers, and report on lead progress.
  • Promote ADDA Bureau services and implement ADDA business development initiatives that support NSW Construction Solutions revenue and profit objectives.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to promote Ausreo construction solutions offerings and ADDA Dfma services to generate sales.
  • Provide leadership and advice to the sales and project engineering teams in executing all contractual and customer requirements in line with Ausreo business strategies and policies.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with Sales, Scheduling, and ADDA personnel in the execution of overall marketing strategies for NSW.
Requirements
  • Sound understanding of the Reinforcing Steel industry highly preferred.
  • Civil and/or Structural Engineering tertiary qualification or a tertiary qualification in Business Management with extensive experience in managing building and construction projects.
  • Project Management qualification highly regarded.
  • Experience in Engineering and Construction with a working knowledge of the construction process across various project types, including managing major projects on site.
  • Significant consultative selling and business development experience gained in building and construction industries.
  • Exceptional commercial, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the use of appropriate systems, software, tools, and technologies to design, detail, and model steel reinforcing solutions for complex projects.
  • Experience or working knowledge of Dfma software solutions.
