As a key member of our after-sales value proposition, you will lead conversations, coordinate activities, and collaborate with experts and leaders across departments and divisions.
- Resolve complex technical problems by troubleshooting incidents, collecting detailed problem descriptions, and replicating issues.
- Regularly communicate progress to clients, ensuring all related records are properly updated in our CRM system.
- Cross-functional collaboration with developers and peers is an integral part of this role.
- Share best practices for utilizing and deploying our products, helping customers maximize their business value.
- Meet support KPI targets and SLAs.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Fluency in English (Japanese fluency is an asset)
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a technical client-facing role
- General software troubleshooting skills and logical problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with client-server architecture and experience working with web-based applications
- The ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to those with limited experience
