Senior Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient professional to join our team. This role serves as a technical expert and trusted advisor for customers, guiding them through the evaluation and adoption of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for IT products, providing in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Partner with sales representatives to understand customer requirements, design solutions, and drive successful sales engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring they fully understand the capabilities and benefits of IT solutions.
  • Assess customer environments and develop tailored technical solutions that align with their IT strategy and business needs.
  • Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) and trial implementations, ensuring smooth execution and clear demonstration of product value.
  • Provide solution training and best practices to customers, partners, and internal teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with IT monitoring and management tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation is a plus.
