Account Growth Specialist:
We are seeking a skilled professional to assume responsibility for account management and growth, focusing on existing customer relationships and new business development within assigned portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the expansion of our client base through targeted sales efforts.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer interactions across various channels, ensuring timely issue resolution and effective problem-solving.
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain accurate customer data records within our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within an industrial or equipment rental sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and identify opportunities for growth.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Highly organized with a focus on time management and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to utilize technology to enhance customer engagement.
