Job Title: Organisational Development Specialist

We are partnering with a leading organisation to find a seasoned Organisational Development Specialist to take on a high-profile, 12-month fixed-term role. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders to lead change, enhance capability, and navigate complex organisational challenges in a highly visible environment.

About the Opportunity

Working across five groups within various portfolios, you will focus on areas requiring uplift in capability and leadership engagement. You will provide expert advice and hands-on support in performance management, conduct and behaviour matters, and transformation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and influence change in a challenging environment, building trust and driving accountability.
  • Partner with leaders to address conduct, behavioural, and performance issues with confidence and clarity.
  • Conduct investigations and provide pragmatic, risk-aware solutions.
  • Review and improve processes, with a focus on transformation and sustainable outcomes.
  • Coach and support leaders, particularly in areas where resistance to change exists.
About You

You are a highly capable and experienced Senior Business Partner or Organisational Development Specialist with a strong background in change and transformation. You are commercially astute, resilient under pressure, and able to influence senior leaders in complex operational environments. Your ability to quickly assess situations, manage sensitive issues, and deliver measurable improvements will set you apart.
