
Enhancing Workplace Performance Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as an Organisational Services Consultant.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, impact, and purpose at the intersection of psychosocial risk, wellbeing, safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver training workshops that build capability, performance, wellbeing and safety.
- Lead psychosocial risk assessments to uncover insights and drive change.
- Provide individual and group coaching to support growth, wellbeing and performance.
- Administer and interpret psychometric assessments and run assessment centres.
- Facilitate conflict resolution, including mediations and team realignments.
- Support career transitions with empathy and expertise.
- Conduct onsite client engagements to deliver high-impact services.
- Scope and propose organisational development projects that align with client goals.
- AHPRA Registered Psychologist
- Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology OR Business Psychology (desirable)
- NSW Driver's licence and own vehicle
- Availability to travel (opportunities to travel to remote sites with access to competitive profit share bonus for overnight travel)
- Endorsement in Organisational Psychology, or working towards (desirable)
- Hogan or other psychometric assessment accreditation (desirable)
- Mediation trained / accredited, or willing to obtain
