Enhance Organisational Intelligence

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Management Professional to contribute to operationalising our knowledge management framework aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and embedding knowledge management best practices across the organisation.
About the Role- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration by working closely with stakeholders, facilitating tool adoption and standardised workflows.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, guides, and reference materials that align with existing policies and industry good practices.
- Support the knowledge management framework and collaborate with stakeholders in the creation, development and use of internal knowledge content and governance framework.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Design and deliver training sessions to enhance team capabilities and adoption of knowledge management practices.
- Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to prioritise knowledge management activities, oversee content lifecycle management, and enable effective change management and transition processes.
- Lead quality assurance and optimisation of knowledge workflows by collaborating with content creators, subject matter experts, reviewers and approvers to maintain high standards.
