Job Summary
The Administrative Specialist II role is pivotal in ensuring accurate reimbursement for services rendered by programs. This position oversees the billing process, submits insurance claims, and follows up on payments to ensure timely resolution.
This key position supports both Behavioral Health and Clinic programs by maintaining precise financial records, processing transactions, and adhering to accounting policies and procedures.
A successful candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the billing process and submit insurance claims in a timely manner
- Follow up on payments and resolve any issues related to reimbursement

Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
