Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to support business operations across Australia.

This is a key role coordinating a wide range of non-technical services, including administration, HSE, quality, HR coordination, IT liaison, and facility management.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work across multiple platforms, including business operating systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and various accreditation portals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Management: Manage facilities in Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate and execute other non-technical support services including H&S, Environmental Management, Quality Management, HR, IT, and Business Systems
  • Staff Support: Provide staff support to Senior Management and consultants
Requirements:

  • Ability to Build Rapport: Ability to build rapport with stakeholders

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role in professional services
