Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Audit and Assurance Quality Team as a Support Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the team, ensuring the smooth functioning of operations and facilitating the achievement of team deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Team or Admin Assistant within a professional services environment, with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail, prioritisation skills, and a professional approach are essential. You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination of team meetings, activities, and events
  • Preparation and management of agendas, presentations, and minutes for various meetings
  • Coordinate and manage travel requirements
  • Project support (as required)
  • Invoicing and expense claim processing for leadership group
  • Document management system activities including team site management, communication, and distribution of information
  • Design and preparation of documents (as required)
  • Logistics support with regulatory requests
  • Intranet site updates and support
  • Template creation and updates
About the Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience. Our compensation package includes a range of benefits that support your health, wellbeing, and career development.
