About You :

  • A Certificate in Administration or equivalent experience is required for this role.
  • You will need to hold a Working with Children's Check, National Drivers License and Own transport, National Police Check, and Level 2 First Aid and CPR Certificate.

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Support Coordinator to join our team at Therapy and Learning Centre. The successful candidate will provide administrative support services to clients, contractors, and employees of TLC, while establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, external stakeholders, and all staff and management.

Purpose of Role

The Clinical Support Coordinator will be responsible for:

Administrative Tasks :

  • Providing daily mail management, including opening, forwarding, posting, and filing as required.
  • Email management and file creation.
  • Developing resources as needed.
  • Document management, printing, posting, and filing support for the Director and Clinicians.

Client Services :

  • Reception duties, including meeting and greeting clients.
  • Answering phone calls and checking the answering machine for follow-up messages.
  • Taking payments and emailing invoices.

Medicare Case Management :

  • Creating cases on Cliniko and reporting updates to client general practitioners.
  • Diary management and taking new referrals.
  • Managing client queries and concerns in collaboration with the Director.

Account Management :

  • Inputting data into practice management software.
  • Responsibility for client billing activity and queries.
  • Generating and distributing required practice management reports.
  • Managing third-party payment portals, including NDIS and Medicare.

Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$70,000 per annum
